We needed something to replace the ugly clock radio that sat on our kitchen / dining area credenza and this gem was perfect in size style and sound. The would outer design is perfect. Mini SD cards are cheap now so I highly recommend going out and getting and loading it with your fav music. This option on this player is awesome. Set up as easy as taking it out of the box and turning it on. I Bluetooth paired with my phone just to make sure that worked and that is also a great option. For the price this is a 10 out of 10!The only cons are I would have preferred a outlet plug option (USB charge only) and the radio is not great but that will of course vary for where you live (reception) and how loud you like to play music. We bought it strictly for ambience and so we love the sound quality. A big thumbs up and an overall 9 out of 10.

First of all...Yes, it has a loud voice announcing the mode/source of music with a strong Asian female accent. The only perk is that since this speaker has the volume tied to the power, you can keep that voice down to a minimum if you are careful with the volume dial when first turning on. Speaking of which, the volume dial is extra sensitive where a 30 degree turn is the difference between zero and very loud.The wood look is decent but definitely not actual wood veneer. The unit is surprisingly heavy and seems solid, just don’t pick at the edges of the “sticker finish” and it will last a while if kept dry.At $30ish dollars, this is a good value so far.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  The only reason I gave 4 stars is because it came with the shortest charging cord possible. I have to charge it in a separate place so I can use it as speakers on my night stand.It gets pretty loud so it’s great quality for the price, I also love the look. I just use it for music on my iPhone 8 with an aux cord I bought.

Very poor sound quality. There is a pretty loud static/white noise sound that is constantly audible in the background when music is playing. The knob on the front has a constant flashing blue light that stays on the whole time the device is on (to my knowledge, it cannot be shut off which is ridiculous). Spend the extra money and buy a higher quality speaker. The one good thing is that I really do love how it looks, and is exactly as pictured.

Only had for a couple weeks and already unreliable in clarity and range. Sometimes works greats. Sometimes it sounds staticky. Sometimes it sounds very “technical”. Also, the “sticker” of the black control buttons on top has been popping up and will probably fall off, been like that since the moment I took it out of the box. Looks very cute, exactly as pictured, just not the highest quality...

Got the dark brown. i like everything about this guy except the LED light behind the dial, man I wish I could turn this function off. the light flashes while you use it, not sure who decided this was a great idea, but its not the worst thing to get wrong i guess. otherwise like I said, sounds great, feels like it works well and i am happy with the look.

Looks great, sounds pretty great, but my biggest issue is that there's like a two to three second lag time between each song see you're missing the beginning of each song. It's really frustrating and really annoying. Returning this unfortunately. Bummer, cuz otherwise I really like it.
