Small then I expected but more of what I was wanting anyways so worked out. Just needed a small diaper caddy for downstairs. Holds about 40ish diapers plus wipes and cream.

Not what I was expecting but I can make it work
I thought the tote was going to be a little more sturdy than it was. The tote is made of felt and is kind of flimsy, the divider has velcro. I think it will suffice for our travelling needs.
