This is a really nice and clean addition to the countertop when you are using dough For cookies and pastries. Although I always clean my countertops, this match ensures that way though is on a clean surface. It washes and dries very easily and falls to a small size that can fit in the corner of any drawer.

This mat is perfect for baking anything that requires rolling dough such as pies and cookies. It works well and I love that it’s non-stick which makes it so easy to clean. As an avid baker, this is perfect!

Okay, so the product is great, really helps with rolling out dough and such. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the measurements are metric.

Haven't used it yet other than to wash it, but it seems to be real nice. Big area to work on and it really doesn't move around. That's a great feature.

Have two but the big one is the perfect size for cookies. You use less flour so your baked goods come out better. Very easy to clean.
