4 months later, 2 products, and neither work
Ordered Sept 15, received by Sept 30, but pump will not push water up the tube, so it's useless. Emailed them Sept 30. They responded Oct 1, they required photos. Asked them for a replacement Oct 1, then Oct 5, and provide them photos. They respond Oct 17 with instructions on putting the machine together. Really? I told them again they need to refund or send a new one, but I wanted a new one. Oct 20 they finally respond again they have resent. All they've done is STALL, STALL, STALL...probably past the time I can dispute with my bank. I JUST WANT TO GROW SPROUTS! It's now Dec 19, and still nothing. UPDATE: I finally received the replacement product, and just tried it today. The water will not pump up the tube past 2 inches, so does not reach the sprinkler head so of course will not wet the beans. 2 of the same item and 4 months of time wasted, and no working product.
