Could have used a larger size but doing ok so far even though not all the suction cups adhere to my tiled shower floor which I didn’t expect to anyway. Rubber mat feels really good on my feet with no slippage. For my shower, the thickness creates a small dam effect in that draining water pools up about 1/4” in the floor of the shower but drains completely shortly after once the water is shut off so no real issue. The main thing is that I feel secure using it as long as I don’t tempt fate by entering or exiting the shower stepping on the edges of the mat which is probably a safe bet for any mat.

Needed a "sure footed" way for husband to enter his shower. This does the trick. It's suction is very good and it has been very helpful. It is a bit too thick for ease of closing shower door...but that is the only downside that we have found.

My husband and I both take showers and always use a cheap rubber mat with suction cups on the bottom. Whenever the mat starts to get molded or the suction cups fail to stick, it gets tossed and we buy another one just like it. What I don't like is the slim that always starts to grow under the mat and then it had to go into the washing machine to really get clean. My husband kept complaining that the suction cups made bumps that hurt his tender feet. So I started looking for another mat and found this one. This is close to the perfect mat: it drains well, the holes throughout allow water to flow over the top not the bottom so it stays in place and water doesn't collect under the mat, it is more stable than the cheap rubber mats, and it can still get tossed in the washing machine. Also, the suction cups don't come loose until you pull it up. Can't say enough good things about this mat. We have one in both bathrooms and I am curious about how long it will last. So far the color is the same, the structure of the mat is unchanged, and the suction cups are the same as when new. Highly recommend.

I was not impressed with this shower mat. I really wanted something like this with the large holes, but this did not meet my expectations. It is nice and squishy though. My son likes to walk on it but not in the bath.

It is sturdy and I feel comfortable standing on it in my shower. Just need to remove mat from shower floor to drip dry. It sticks to shower so effective, the water gets trapped in the holes of mat and doesn't drain.

the only reason why i am not giving it 5 stars is because i have to remove the matt in order for water to drain.otherwise water sits under the matt cause the matt is thick and the holes are pretty big.

Not as comfortable to stand on as I thought. But does the job. Hopefully it'll last longer then my last one, as they all seem to get moldy after a few months.

Didn't like it in the shower. Water pooled up over it. I am now using it as a floor mat elsewhere in my apartment, which works. It is soft.
