I was a big Encarta fan. I bought it for my daughters who were then in grade school. I found it to be a valuable resource for me as well. That isn't my valuable advice, I plan to buy Britannica as well They've been doing this for 250 years, that's nothing to sneeze at. You can enjoy considerable savings buying the last issued DVD (2013) directly from Britannica, for $19.99, $60 cheaper for the same item.

Not sure if I was shipped a bad DVD disc, but why would I be interested in spending $30 to sit for two hours trying to troubleshoot why a software program will not install correctly. Listen, if the "install completed but with errors," then the install WAS NOT COMPLETE. 8 errors and 6 warnings but, "your install is complete." I should not need to be manually copying and extracting files from your DVD to get your application to function. You can only make a first impression once and Brittanica I'm sending this trash back to you and you can send me back my money. If you don't care that your product is low quality I don't care to do business with you.
