Audrey Motaung, an exiled South African female vocalist from the Pietersburg area in the Northern part of South Africa, settled in Hamburg, Germany in the mid-70s and recorded this collection of Gospel and spiritual songs. Motaung is a community leader who often performs and teaches young singers in the gospel scene in Germany. This album shows one side of this modest artist who has a wide ranging interest in black music from rock to the blues.
