I have been looking for something like this for a very long time. It works really good. I am getting stressed very easily and the product helps me to calm down. I also noticed more clear mind during the day and better sleep, if I can't fell asleep this product helps me by bringing down my cortisol level. Also I stoped overeating because of stress as now I feel much better. I would highly recommend it to anyone who cares about themselves. My only regret that I didn't find this product earlier during my student years.

For those that don't want to read past the first sentence of a review I will summarize it into 2 words "IT WORKED"I am not one of those people that fall victim to the placebo effect. I am typically skeptical with such products, and often find myself wanting them to fail. However my need to fight my fatigue won over my skepticism and allowed me to try the product. Day 1: I took the supplement as instructed, and felt nothing. Day 2: same thing. Day 3: I would have said that I felt nothing except for the fact that I didn't drink as many iced teas during the day (I noticed that on my mobile app receipts). Day 4: the same as day 3. Somewhere between day 12 and 14 I noticed that I wasn't exhausted in the morning when I woke up. Which had been the constant for months prior. I also realized that I wasn't experiencing the energy crash in the afternoon (between 2-4 pm) anymore. All in all I feel more energetic throughout the day, and I sleep better now that half of my blood isn't filled with all the caffeine. Kudos to the product makers!

I purchased these for my mom about a week or so ago. She is 74, and has a very stressful job as a caretaker of a 98 year old woman. I spoke with her yesterday and asked if she is noticing any changes. She said that for the first 2-3 days she was getting terrible headaches, but continued taking them figuring that it was just her body adjusting. I returnned the item. I felt uneasy to even open the bottle. It had an additional sticker put on the bottle with words typed over words making partof it illegible as well as what it was covering. There wasn't a phone number for the company that I could see on the bottle. I never opened it. Just sent it back.
