Contigo Jackson Reusable Water Bottle, 24 Oz, Greyed Jade

I bought two of these several years ago for work. I'm retired now but I still use one everyday.The two piece design makes them so easy to clean. The top handle is very convenient when needed and completely disappears when snapped down. When the lids release button is pressed, the lid is spring loaded and pop's all the way open.Very durable. I've had one survive flying out of a motorcycle cup holder, to pavement!I'd buy this bottle again, if both mine weren't still in such great shape.

As many people have, I have tried out various water bottles. There are always good aspects, but some annoying. I have to say honestly that this has been my favorite bottle so far. Very easy to use, very functional, and definitely sturdy. I have to wonder what is happening when some people claim their bottles began to leak. The only time mine has leaked, is when I had over-filled it. Simple fix - Don't do that.I love the push-button to open feature, with the easy opening cap, that locks right into place when closing. Water flows out easily - not too much, not too little. It's BPA free as well, which I appreciate. So... unlike some of the negative reviews, after having used it for 6 months or more, I definitely recommend it, and am buying another one right now.One more note: I really try to avoid buying anything from China, but surprisingly, this product was so well made that I ignore the China aspect.

I've had this water bottle for a week now and overall, it is a great bottle. I would give it 4.5 out of 5 if possible.Pro: Very light weight, has a loop to hold onto easily when carrying, color is nice, pop function works well, easy to clean.Con: The loop is kind of a pain to get to open, I have to use my finger nail to try and lift it up, which isnt a big deal but it is slightly annoying. Also, you have to ensure you press firm when closing the bottle. I made the mistake once of not pressing firm enough to get it to click shut and I spilled water everywhere. Again, not a big deal, just something to keep in mind in use.Overall I enjoy this, a lot cheaper than in retail stores as well and from a good brand.

I've been on the lookout for a very functional water-bottle. Most tend be over-the-top with features or too bulky. This is the closest I've come to the perfect water-bottle.The perks of this bottle are:- Uniformly narrow and fits small cup-holders easily (while still holding a modest 24oz)- Top screws off for wider mouth, making it easier to add ice-cubes.- The lip of the bottle where you drink is smooth and rounded with no sharp edges- Durable hard-plastic; withstand drops fairly easily.- Sleek, classy design (in my opinion).Cons:- Spring mechanism for popping lid is a little weak and I fear may not last.- Lid-lock snaps loudly when closing (can get around this by holding button down and then closing)- Sticker says "top-rack washable." Given it would be hard to clean well lying on its side on the top rack, I'd recommend hand-washing with warm water and soap.- Unlike other bottle designs I've used, this one has no locking mechanism on the button; so it could accidentally get knocked open if it was in a bag or something. Not really a major issue for me, however.- Made in ChinaI've not had issues with leaks when the lid is closed as other users have reported. There is a rubber o-ring seal that should seal the mouth to the lid, so they've at least attempted to seal. Quick testing and water doesn't "gush out," but it may perspire some.All my other water-bottles are wide or narrow-mouthed variants by Nalgene, which are made in the USA. I liked their simplicity and that they're made in the U.S.A. I got this bottle however because I liked the design and that it had both the narrow mouth that is better for drinking out of as well as the screw-off top that allows for adding ice easily.Not quite perfection for the few reasons mentioned, but pretty darn close.
