I purchased this product based on reviews and gut feelings because there isn't a lot of info about phtyoceramides that is not just ads. Anyway I took it everyday for almost a month and then had a lunch with two of my girlfriends, I am the oldest, one is a physican and one is in med sales. They both kept going on about my skin (which is not something that happens to me a lot these days!) and asked what I had been doing. So I told them and they both wanted it, I had no idea it was that noticeable to other people! Anyhow I had just ordered a bottle of another brand that said it was from rice and gluten free and worked really fast to try it out. When i switched my face got so dry...yall I am not kidding. I am a real person, it looked like my face deflated within a week or two! So I re ordered the Youthful look and am back feeling like I look great again! I have already ordered my next bottle so I won't run out! It is great! I love it! My son is a dermatologist and he didn't know much about this thought my results might be from a Fraxel treatment he did last September, but by going off the other brand and back on this I now have no doubt that this definetely made a difference! I have just finished my first bottle of Phytodeluxe and honestly didn't expect very much because nothing is ever like the hype. But -I will say, with all honesty, that after 1-2 weeks I knew I would order more. It's not a facelift by any means, but get this: I have been a model in my 20's, (I'm 40 now) have decent skin, no acne, but have enjoyed myself: smoking, great wines, sun tanning....all those things you shouldn't do anymore but I still do, in reasonable moderation. But in recent years, as you might imagine, even the slightest lack of sleep and too much of anything and you have this skin type that is really your age - so dry, make-up won't even go on that beey-atch! You feel like God, topical creams are not enough at all, they are not going deep enough because I enjoy my life and will cut down as my health declines but I am in really good health and I know every woman would understand this and enjoys her life in her own way. Soooo....yes. 1-2 weeks after using this, I could already see a 'dewy-ness' or suppleness that didn't ever go away. I would lay there in bed rubbing my hand over my face and it felt softer and more hydrated than it should, late night or no late night, sleep or no sleep. It has a hydrated sheen to it that I would normally get from bronzers or shimmers that I haven't used in a while (what am I going to do with all that make-up? :)I would certainly recommend to you ladies, I bought it again, I got addicted. Not because it is like botox or a facelift, but I do believe that there must be something to delivering vitamins from the inside out, because I use the same creams from my 20's. I believe expensive stuff is all marketing and we shouldn't spend too much on propaganda because that money could go to a holiday, a present, good wine. I ordered this supplement last year and loved it! For some reason, I stopped taking it and there went my smoother complexion - smaller pores and all. I ordered it again and am getting the same GREAT results! In about two weeks or less, I noticed my skin was much more even, my pores started to shrink again and the area around my cheeks and eyes was... I guess I'd say radiant. At age 52, and with very dry skin - I consider this the key to anti-aging....without a single negative side effect!

My skin has become much more dry and sensitive in my senior years and I have had to adjust my clothing to primarily cotton.
