Seller is fast with shipment and refund!
I really hoped this antenna would work. I live in a valley but the closest tower, with clear sight, is some 20+ miles and even though I have a clear path to it, it is just too far. I returned the antenna after I installed it and tried but it couldn't pull from that far away. The antenna states 10 miles but I was really hoping and praying it would work. I took the antenna down and put up the old one again, it gets us at least 3G on a good day but no internet on any day. Can text at least because it is usually 1x but it is 6 years old so I thought maybe a new one would work better. Anyway, I packed it up and returned it and this is the fastest "gift card" I have received. I have been a major financial supporter for Amazon for many years, didn't really return things until this last year when money has been really hard to come by and I made up all these years this last year with an unusually high number of returns for items not working (used to just eat the loss) and they have taken different amounts of time but this seller took care of business right away. UPS delivered it to them yesterday and my "gift card" came today. Thank you!

It works!
I got two of these for a mimo setup to try to get a cellular signal at a remote cabin.I did some experiments with an LTE router, using a builtin antenna, and also I tried a more compact box-shaped proxicast mimo directional antenna with less rated gain. I got two of these Yagis and bent the brackets to be 90 degrees apart and achieve a mimo setup, and mounted them to an old pipe. I just stood with the pipe and tried aiming in different directions to see how good of a signal I could get.The pair of Yagis got about 5 mbps down/up, the box-shaped antenna got less than 1, and the builtin antenna could not connect. The box-shaped antenna had less rated gain, so in general everything performed as advertised, at least. This was my first time trying to get mimo working, so I tried plugging in just one of the two cables, and it was around half the bandwidth and less signal strength, so, the mimo thing is real I guess and not some fake techno-magic.My only complaint is that I wish this antenna shipped with a bracket actually designed for a mimo setup, though, I knew from the description that it did not.The antenna seems to be physically well made and I expect it to last. It's sizable, but, surprisingly lightweight.

Cables cut during shipping, seller replaced 1 of the 2. Speed of internet increased.
Bought 2 to hook up to mofi 4500 both antennas I notice when unboxing had the coax cut (on both antennas) about half way through from the sharp aluminum during shipping evidently. Tried to wrap with electrical tape and hooked up to mofi. I saw very little improvement, I don’t know if it is because of the cut in wires or just will not work. I will try to attach pictures of the cut cables.UPDATE: Seller and I messaged back and forth by email (sent pictures of cut cables and the setup I had) and then the seller sent me an antenna to replace one of the 2 antennas that had half severed cables from shipping (Both antennas I received had similar cuts from shipping). The replacement arrived without a cut cable from shipping. installed it instead of one of the 2 cut antennas and got a speed boost. The Mofi 4500 signal strength screen showed very little change, but there was a speed boost after putting in the antenna. Before speed test was like .64 download .09 upload 118ms latency, ookla ping:164, download 3.58, upload .25.After the replacement antenna: speed test: download 21.0 upload 2.63 latency 48ms, ooka: ping 69ms, 20.46 download, 3.43 upload.I ordered:2 antennas (Log Periodic Directional Yagi Antenna 15dbi Gain for 3G 4G LTE XLTE AWS IDEN PCS 698MHz-2700MHz),40 ' lmr400 cable, really only needed about 8 foot after all,4 fme female connectors for the lmr400 cable (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00HJ8T8WC/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) , and then 2 adapters for the mofi antenna to switch fme female to SMA male (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B071ZGCGQZ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1),Lot of cost but with whole family shut in from coronavirus,( us trying to work from home and kids with school work) something had to be done! This did speed up the internet and make working and schooling from home better.

Mind Blown Away
Got a vacation home that is basically in a boul, no true line of sight to any tower. I have had a Wilson dual Channel booster that came with a short shrouded yagi. The snow trashed that antenna, so got this one. Originally the best I could get was 2 bars 1X, no internet. Flipped this guy on and wholly crap 4 bars 4X, 8.6 Meg download 3.8 Meg upload. My phone is faster up there now then in town! No more finding the magic spot, hitting send, turn on speaker and DON'T MOVE. Wife thinks I'm nuts but I smile every weekend when I check the signal strength (Been messing with reception for decades). With my nephew giving me readings from inside as I scanned, I topped out at 91db 4g!!!!!! The manufacture did a nice clean design that is well executed. Only thing I notice is the antenna can not be adjusted up and down.
