We were using these a few weeks, with good results. Then the black toner started leaving a black line down the length of the paper. I wrote and asked if there was something I could do (I was wondering some sort of cleaning or something could be done). The company responded very quickly to the e-mail, wanting me to send a photo of the issue, and they quickly sent us a free replacement, which works fine.Update: They sent new replacements for all the cartridges, and it stopped the streaking issue. However, now the black will have much lighter imaging on the left side of the sheet than the right side. You can still make out the printing, but extremely cheap looking. Wife told me to order a replacement.

Toner cartridges have been very good. I had an issues with one of the cartridges and the excellent UniVirgin customer service took care of it and I'm thrilled. I will purchase these again.

I have had no issues except my printer will not acknowledge the full cartridge. However, I just ignore it and carry the n. For the money I saved it’s completely worth it.

I just purchased and installed your toner cartridges for my Canon MF634 over the weekend. I seem to be having some kind of issue. They keep making a loud clunking noise. I've tried taking them out, closing the tray, letting the printer go through it's cycle empty, and then reinstalling them. I've done this twice and it still keeps doing it. Not sure why they would be causing this noise?

Great product - perfect for my printer and great price. Will definitely buy more when needed

I'm so tired of cleaning these so I'm tossing them and ordering another brand. The b/w and color all streak terribly.
