Niman Ranch Pork Tenderloin, 0.938 lb

I've been buying this brand for a while and it doesn't disappoint. It's fresh and juicy and always comes out great with a little care. You don't have to be a chef to get these done right. They're straightforward to grill. Just put them on the cool side and watch them. It takes about 30 minutes to cook at 375 degrees.

I am a terrible cook and my mom introduced me to crockpot cooking. She sent me an easy Recipe. It was the first time I ever use a crockpot and he loved the meal. I just used the pork loin in this review, sweet chili sauce I got from Amazon fresh, Cranberry sauce (same as you eat on Thanksgiving) and I put a little brown sugar on top. My husband likes to eat a little later so I think I cooked it on medium for like six hours? If you really want the recipe, message me and I’ll give it to you. Everyone that I had given it to has fallen in love with it. It’s like sweet and tangy all at the same time. I got all the ingredients from Amazon fresh. I didn’t feel like making mashed potatoes so I made him a baked potato with it. But it probably be better over some rice, baked potatoes, etc. You know that on the bottom and this deliciousness on the top. If I can I’ll put a picture of the sweet chili bottle that I used, I used the whole bottle. I use the can of the cranberry sauce but you have to slice it up & I kind of cubed it. I may have a pic of the final product. I’m so proud of myself for trying something new and actually succeeding at it. But it’s like three ingredients, can’t be that hard. But I’m still proud of myself. And he loved it, so that made me happy as well.

My first Niman Ranch pork tenderloin is very good quality. Roasted on a foil-lined pan in a counter top oven at 400, it did not shrink or change shape. I tucked the thin end under so it’s all a similar thickness to cook evenly, drizzled lightly with olive oil, then sprinkled with herbs and spices and rubbed them over the meat with my fingers in a baggy. I overcooked it slightly because I didn’t check the temperature soon enough and it went a little past my usual 160. Recommend checking at about 20 minutes to see how it’s progressing. Will buy again when I have an Amazon Fresh delivery order. The higher price is acceptable to me for the quality and delivery convenience.

So fresh and tender. I baked in oven 40 min on 350 with some seasoning and it was perfect !!!!

This was the "loiniest" pork loin I've ever eaten. In all seriousness, I used to to make Carnitas with a slow-cooker and finishing in a skillet to dry out the meat. It was delicious. Niman Ranch does good stuff!

Kept fresh in fridge for well over a week, and it cooked perfectly in the oven for 30min at 400f

I had this in my fridge for two days, it was still within expiration, but when I opened it, our entire kitchen smells like a toxic waste zone. Awful, and a waste of money!
