I was very impressed with the way it was packaged. The necklace was beautiful, I knew from the accurate photos what I was buying, and I got exactly that. What impressed me about the packaging was that the way it was done was such that if this went straight to the giftee, I would have been more than happy that it was respectable. What I mean by that, is because of the type of gift it is, it carries with it certain emotions that are felt instantly upon opening. With this type of gift, that matters. It wasn't spiced up with coupons or colorful tacky wrapping or designs to possibly gain this company more attention or interest. It was respectable. The way they included the tools needed to fill the urn part of the necklace, the simple but elegant bag to use as a gift bag, even the seperate bags used for the urn and then the chain, all spoke to the meaning behind the necklace. I will definitely keep this company in mind for future use. They seem to care more about customer satisfaction than whether they are selling mass quantities and advertising enough. It's a nice change to see.

I bought this for my granddaughter. It is a great size for a small person. Might be too small for someone older.

It's hard to put the ashes in the small hole. Had to force them in with a cut off cue tip. The engraving was done with a Lazer, very neat and accurate..

I bought this for my daughter after her dad passed away. It barely holds any ashes. She is primarily using this as a keepsake so she doesn't wear ot a lot. The device to put the ashes in is paper and not very good. The pendant is beautiful and very heavyI worry that the chain may not be thick enough to securely hold the pendant.

Got this for my grandmother when my grandfather passed away and she loves it. Not too big, good quality, and love the way it comes. Instructions, a funnel and spoon and the necklace all wrapped beautifully. Such a good purchase!

I am very happy with this product. A quarter of the price of what I paid for the one I bought from the funeral home. The jewel is the same quality. The only difference is the necklace is made a little bit cheaper than the one that came from the funeral home. But for the price I would definitely buy from here again. Very very impressed.
