Xylitol artificial taste great and I use it all the time.

Not as sweet as I expected but still works if you’re diabetic to sweeten pastries but you must use more than sugar if you plan to substitute I haven’t quite figure out the ratio as I’ve been using to sweeeten my coffee with it

Powdered is so much easier to dissolve.

I’m not sure why we should pay more for the powdered xylitol. It’s a great product, I just don’t understand why we’re paying so much more to get powdered. It’s difficult for the consumer to grind down the crystallized xylitol, but is production that much more? Still 4 stars, the product is great!!

I did not realize that they had added tapioca starch when I bought it. This definitely affects the flavor, and makes it less viable as a low glycemic sweetener. I do not feel very good after eating the dairy free white chocolate that I used it in.I am also very disappointed that they used "birch" in the listing. That is blatantly lying. If it wasn't too late I would demand my money back.

I use in homemade toothpaste & in coffee. No odd aftertaste, just mild sweetness.

Use it for making my own tooth powder. Can also use to sweeten foods. Great product. Note: was now able to find it locally due to shortages in this market. So glad Amazon had this product!!!!!! So Happy!!!!!!
