it wouldnt spin the handle kept retracting it was JUNK! sent back for a refund!

This seems to be cheaply made, but guess what, it is tough, and works great. We have a large tile floor and this mop was the answer to clean up. Less mess and works great. The only grip would be that the handle joint, where it attaches to the back of the mop holder can be a bit awkward. You have to get it in the right position and hold your foot on the top so you can bend the mop handle down to get it to click out of the upright position for moping and then do the reverse to get it to stay upright for cleaning out and spin dry in the bucket. I sounds more complicated than it is, and from some videos I have watch on similar products they all seem to have this snap in snap out feature for controlling the handle, also, like the other more expensive model this one snaps the mop heads in and out with a small press down of your foot. You could operate this whole thing without ever touching anything but the handle. This bucket came and i opened it up and my first thought, Oh, it's really smaller than I expected. Guess what, it is just the right size, and you can sit it in you kitchen sink and fill the bucket no problem, and the fill level makes it light and easy to handle. If your floor is larger than mine then you need to refill and change the water out -- even if you had a larger bucket you should change out the water anyway. AS it is I do my mop job, on two floors, 17 foot x 23 foot and 8 foot by 15 foot tile floor, same bucket. I admit, I don't have any kids or dogs so take that into consideration -- even if you have to change the water out, it is easy, real easy. And the price is absolutely right and worth it. At first I hesitated because it seem so cheap in price, glad I pulled the trigger.

works great, awesome mop. Only two drawbacks: You have to manually adjust it when you want to mop underneath something or to get it from the straight up position to slant for regular mopping, so your hands or your foot does touch the water (that's on the top of the mop). Wrings out very easily via the handle. No lever to have to push with your foot. Then you have to manually push it back to the upright position to get it into the bucket to wring it out. Drawback #2: Once you get water in the bucket, the whole thing is rather heavy if you are going to carry it around. I wish the whole thing was more lightweight. That was another thing I did not like about it, but it does a good job and is easy to use. You can mop underneath things with it (like the beds) with little effort.
