Much better and more consistent heat than the flimsy plastic one I had before. Use it for my Pygmy hedgehog when it's chilly. Does initially have quite a strong plastic smell which my hedgehog didn't like but she did get used to it.

I ordered the wrong product so didn't use it but it looks okay for purpose

Ummmed and Arrrrr'd over spending a little more than other models ...but have found this to be perfect... the tortoises have been reinvigorated and it also doesn't allow any wet bedding to stay wet between cleans plus the waterproof finish gives me peace of mind

Brilliant . I put it in a dog kennel and he loves it. really well built , very sturdy and warm. Cant recommend it highly enough
