Esschert Design USA LH118 Fabric Doorstop with Ring, Brown

Have been using these for many years in two locations…Seattle and California. I use them outdoors in California and they last about one year. Saves me from having to get my wooden gates refinished because it provides a soft hold open. Use in the house in Seattle and they last a very long time. Easy to move around, good heavier weight.

Price/quality is very good. Door stopper is heavy and sturdy and therefore doing it’s job perfectly. It’s esthetically pleasing. I highly recommend this product

This door stop looks great, but it has left a stain on the carpet I placed it on. I think the husks or whatever else is used to fill this caused the stain. If you hit the door stop hard or drop it you can see a coloured dust come out. Other than that, it does its job and looks cool.

I've been shopping for a doorstop for a long time. There are lots of nice designs, but this one caught my attention because of its simplicity. The design is simple. At the same time, it is substantially weighted for a doorstop. The material feels like canvas and is sewn very well. The bottom has more of a felt-like material. I'm confident that it won't scratch the floor. I'm glad it's not filled with sand. It seems to be filled with little pebbles. I'm inclined to buy a couple more.

Finally a door stop that actually stops the door. Works great on carpet & hard flooring. My wife didn't like the on screen appearance but gave me permission to buy it as we really needed a door stop that works in our high wind area. So far the doors stay open. It is very easy to move around and to my wife's pleasant surprise, it looks much nicer that she thought. If you're looking for a portable door stop, this is the one to get.

These are much smaller than they appear. I’m keeping them but would not reorder

Funny, what do you say about this? It looks good and it holds our door open. This is important, however; our front door is a "real" door. It's 100 years old, made of solid wood and is very heavy. This product is heavy enough to keep the door in place.I did see others complain of leaking sand, but we've had no trouble with that at all. Recommended.

I ordered this product on April 13 and it was finally delivered on May 29. What kind of a vendor doesn't even have ONE of their product to ship? Of course, the tag says it all "Made in China" and they obviously waited until they got an order to start making it.Worse yet, the workmanship is terrible. It's canvas, and most of the stitching looks machine done. EXCEPT there's a big seam on the back (opposite the printing) -- probably the opening through which the sand, or whatever was put in -- that is clearly sewn by hand by someone with no sewing skills.It's functional -- it is the size advertised and holds the door open. But every time I walk by it I just want to kick it, it is such a piece of junk.
