Logo is fine. Color is more gray than black.
This flag it more of a gray than a true black. If you don't have it hanging next to anything else black, it might be (Probably is) fine, but I have it hung near other black flags and it's much lighter.The logos and fonts all match Jack Daniels, and that is all fine. I feel like I will still use this flag, it's just that the color is underwhelming.

Not a true black, much lighter.
The black looks faded, almost a Grey color. I compared it to an old black sweater of mine and it is still a lot lighter.

Don't think it will last long.
The flag is very thin and printed on one side. With the wind we normally have I really don't expect it to last more than a few months.
