Well written, great recipes. Very well written. I have not tried all the recipes but the ones I have tried and been terrific.

Bought this as a gift. It was happily received; and greatly appreciated and has been well used already.

Not really a practical cookbook. Every recipe calls for expensive wine or spirits.

Not what I was expecting. Wanted amounts in general not specific recipes.

Wild rice salad is amazing

Just the chocolate chile alone would justify this book! We may use it for a pre-wedding barbecue!
