My primary doctor recommended this early January 2018 for my severe dry eyes (due to an autoimmune condition). She said it would work within a few days, but I noticed my eyes were much moister in less than 24 hours!!! I had only taken 3 capsules that first day!!! Since then I take between 4-6 capsules every day & will continue forever! Additionally, within a month of starting Prohydra 7 regimen, I just happened to have my first appointment at an eye hospital that it local for me but considered one of the world’s best. When I told the opthomologists (you see 2 on your first visit) how it felt like my dry eye condition was fixed, & how I no longer needed dry eye drops, they were impressed because they both knew about the studies done with this particular sea buckthorn oil formulation, but I was actually the first patient they’d seen who’d been taking it. The results of my tear tests were amazing...I’m 54 & my tear production was equivalent to someone 24! Before starting the Prohydra, I had been taking 1-2 tablespoons of Carlson fish oil per day for years. I asked them if I should continue with the fish oil while using Prohydra, & they recommended I absolutely continue the fish oil because it helps with other things. So...to sum it up, I will never not take this stuff as long as I live because the comfort I now feel with normal, moist eyes has eliminated so much stress from my life. Each bottle of Prohydra 7 may seem expensive, & I must use several bottles each month, but it comes out to about how much I was spending on dry eye drops...and they were only giving me temporary relief.

Seabuckthorn Oil is fantastic for moisturizing the mucous membranes of the body like your eyes, mouth, etc. It also is easy to swallow so I recommend and uise this with my Sjogren's patients who have dryness.

I noticed an overall improvement by the second day.
