Smooth and complex cup of coffee. I got the 8oz bag for $7, which I would consider a good deal for beans of this quality. The beans smell and taste very fresh, and produce a medium-body and surprisingly smooth cup of coffee. Lots of fruity notes, some earthiness; not so much smokey or nutty taste.
