Best small EDC or “lying around in useful places” flashlight I have ever had
Well, full disclosure: I own 3 of these flashlights already, this will be my 4th.All however are working fine, I simply can’t get enough of them!!These torches are fantastic! I carry one with me as my daily edc, super small and light, as well as being exceptionally bright!! Battery life is very good for the size (one AAA battery) and with moderate use I only really have to think about changing my battery once a month or so.Another of my flashlights is used at my work (I need one on me to check my aircraft during night ops) and as such gets lots of abuse. Going strong 18 months later, so that’s good news. And my other two are kept in useful places where I might need (but forget) to have my edc flashlight on me.All in all the torch is an excellent fit and finish, full metal construction (apart from the high quality rubber push on/off tail switch) and quality workmanship. Feels decent quality metal, non of the cheap stamp metal jobbies you sometimes get, and the battery seal includes a small rubber oring to keep moisture out.I have two black torches, both have a very good paint job (maybe powder coated, not sure though), one tan/brown one, and finally my favourite - the exceptional all brass one (my edc). This brass torch is significantly heavier, which is to be expected. The beam throws out a decent spot to about 20ft or so, then it starts to become more flood like. Very bright for the size and perfectly suited for edc or “handy lights”Of course if you wish something with more of an “oomf” then olight make a plethora of higher power and larger flashlights. Some of which I will actually look into for the future.Anyway, but if a gusher, but if you’ve made it this far - go for it! £20 ish for a very well made and higher quality tiny flashlight that, refreshingly, does exactly what you need of it.

Bright, compact, and well-made
I've used this torch regularly at work for some time now. It is powered by a single AAA battery, and isn't much larger than the battery itself. The torch is very compact and slips into a pocket very easily, something made even easier by the robust pocket clip. The torch is activated by a switch on the end: a gentle press turns the torch on momentarily; a firmer press turns it on fully. When first switched on, the torch has a dimmer output to save battery, but turning it back on again gives the full 180lm output. I've found this a very intuitive system that provides a great compromise between long battery life and brightness - this torch has yet to leave me with a dead battery and the full light output is more than sufficient for most tasks. It is very well-made, tough, waterproof, and has stood up well to regular use, and is probably the brightest flashlight relative to its size that I've used. Highly recommended!

Great little EDC torch using just 1 x AAA
The Olight 13T EOS is a small, lightweight, easily pocketable torch with a simple two-mode operation.Size: 85mm + 4mm button = 89mm x 15mm diaWeight: c.41g including batteryClip: spring steel and bends back on itself so it can be used in either direction - seems excellent so farStated power output: 5 lm & 180 lmOperation: one rear projecting rubberised button with very positive operation - the button can be part depressed or fully depressed to 'lock' the torch in the on mode. Both part or full depressions of the button will toggle between the 5 lm and 180 lm modes if repeated within about 2.5 seconds. The torch always starts in 5 lm mode - if you release and reactivate the button in less than about 2.5 seconds (either part or full depression) it will jump to 180 lm mode. So, 2 quick part pushes is 180 lm, as is 2 quick full pushes. However, once locked on (i.e. full depression of the button with associated 'click'), the output can only be changed by another full depression. Hope that makes sense.Beam: wide cone of around 90 deg with a central hot spot of around 20 deg. The wide cone fades out towards the edges.Battery life: unknown as yetPossible downsides: the torch cannot be stood on endRecommended

A superb, well made and bright torch
A superb torch, with incredible brightness and decent battery life. When pushing out this many lumens from a small battery the torch does get hot in the highest setting when using for extended periods, but the low setting is more than adequate to find your way around in the dark. The torch is very well made and the tail clicky is truly amazing, straight up and down with no lateral movement. At only £20 (when purchased) this torch is an absolute bargain, yes there are brighter torches but they come at a much higher price. The clip is very well designed to allow you to attach it securely to a cap to use as a head torch, without having to remove the clip and flip it. An excellent piece of design!

A little overpriced for what you get
Generally good - easy to operate and very portable, but not quite as bright as I’d hoped. Cheaply packaged. Seems overpriced at £20

Good solid torch, compact but powerful.
Very nicely made little torch, perfect for EDC or as an inspection light for my work, the 2 way clip will hold it onto a belt or pocket securely but can also attach to the brim of a cap for use as a head torch, this Olight i3t is the same size as my old Led Lenser P3 but is twice as bright and cheaper too.The low mode is great for reading or working up close without blinding yourself, the high mode is great for walking the dog at night or checking what that night time noise in the garden was.

Perfect size and choice of brightness.
Purchased for every day carry and fits very snugly into jeans or jacket pockets. The clip is robust and versatile and overall built quality is good. The torch feels solid enough to take a hard drop but I’m not gonna put that to the test myself. As for the brightness. Two options. The lower option ideal for indoors or in a vehicle. The higher option for outdoor situations. This is a perfect EDC torch and not really designed as a torch for primary outdoor usage. For that you’d need it’s big cousins. Overall a great edc torch that will get you out of trouble.
