Another great product from Razer
Nice mouse pad. Comes with a case and some stickers. Works well, esp the precision side. Love the metal base.

perfect
Here's the thing: If you like very low friction metal mousepads, well, this is the one. Buy it. It's well-sized, well-made, it doesn't slip, and it feels just perfect. If you do not like metal mouspads (or maybe you need some wrist support), you probably won't like it. But I'd suggest you give it a try :)

I use this for an iPad
The media could not be loaded. Love Razer design for their awesome mechanical keyboards and mice. Not really a fan of the headsets, but of course I had to get this Razer mousepad! This thing comes with two cases. One hard shell case for the aluminum mousepad, but also another fabric case for the hard shell case to go in. With the Razer logo in the middle of the hard case. Love it.Why I am using a mousepad, that is larger than the bag I put my iPad into; is because I like having the space for design projects. With an Apple mouse on this thing, connected to an iPad, you are open to a world many never fully realize. In tight spots while traveling, this mousepad becomes my desk and workspace as well. And it has been fantastic. My main desk workspace has the full size Razer mouse mat. Make sure to measure the space you plan on using this on, if this is going on your desk. It is A LOT larger than it looks in the pictures. For the majority of users, this would be ideal for someone on a gaming laptop. Like the Alienware or Asus laptops that are always plugged into an outlet, and need a large case to carry around anyway. If you work at a desk and are not putting this thing in your lap, you may want to look at something like the Razer Gigantus v2 or another “mouse mat” like that.

Excellent mouse pad
This is a great mouse pad exactly what I was looking for portability, weight, size, quality. I for one love the case it fits nicely in my laptop backpack keeps the pad protected and I can use the hard case to sit my laptop on top of when I'm out and about.

Great Responsive Mousepad, But Ditch the Massive Unwieldy Case
I've been a fan of these mousepads for a few years now as I use CAD programs and RAZER mice and pads are very responsive and high quality. I also will mention that I find the carrying case for this pad to be absolutely ridiculous. It is massive, heavy and four times as much material than they actual pad. I understand this is for mobile gaming protection, but a slim sleeve would suffice and the added weight is completely unwanted and cuts down on crap you have to fit in your bag. The price would drop significantly as well. Nice thought, but it wasn't thought through very well.

Clean, beautiful, thoughtfully designed.
Love the opportunity to integrate a thoughtfully made and created piece into daily tech life. This pad from Razer does more than it needs to, although I am not a gamer by any stretch. This for me qualifies as the best mousepad for designing, scrolling, and just staring at by far. I would love to see replacement inserts in the future but, I can only imagine that's already in the cards. Good work Razer.

Cool as heck
I got this for 18-ish USD, which is on the lower side of average for the mousepad's size. The packaging was very grand, so is the mousepad itself. Definitely worth the reduced price and then some.Very good if you need a solid mousepad to cover dips on an "office type" keyboard shelf. My mousepad sits over a 6" by 12" dip and the rubber grip clings to the smooth metal.

Great mouse pad with caveats
This is an excellent hard mouse pad. I love the changeable surface texture, and I love the nice hefty base. It even comes with a case, which is hilarious. There are a few of caveats to this mouse pad:1) The big aluminum backing plate interferes with wireless. I moved my wireless receiver to the USB port on the side of my monitor so it's basically line of sight, but before that I had it in the back of my tower (where it worked with a simple plastic mouse pad) and experienced very inconsistent behavior.2) Hard plastic grabs mouse skate material - you will need to replace your skates from time to time. This also means cleaning your mouse pad regularly.3) I cannot find an OEM replacement for the plastic, and I'm already wearing smooth spots on it. I'm sure I can source a 3rd party sheet of plastic and cut a bunch out on the water jet at work, but that's not practical for most users. For a mouse pad this expensive the removable friction surface should have an OEM replacement available.

amazing value
This mouse surface is an amazing value. The price when I bought it was a fraction of the original MSRP you see everywhere else. The product itself is high quality, versatile (2 sided) and made with precision construction. The product is even well protected in its own rugged case. The extra height from the flat surface is not an issue whatsoever and the surface is a good size, not too large or small for my mouse settings.
