Considering the OEM battery was nearing 10 years old and not holding a charge very well, it was time to replace it. OEMs are no longer available so I went with this one. It's been working great so far and finally allows me to not have to plug in throughout the day.

This has been a great battery. I had my toughbook for 2 years, then the battery stopped holding charge. I got this battery and it's like I've got a new laptop again. This is a reliabe product in my opinion.

We have two of the rugged laptops that were getting to the point of as soon as they were unplugged, they would turn off. These are double the size of the original batteries that cam with them and will make remote work much better.

Sorry.First battery was not recognized by the CF-30 Laptop and bound a little on installation.Second battery charged to about 50% but stopped and started; bound up more firmly on installation.I hesitate to try again as I might have to remove the bottom cover to extract the battery.No battery like the OEM Panasonic; Matsushita not so good...thanks anyway

Works just like the original equipment model. I wouldn't change anything.

Works fine. 1st was a dud. CS took care of me quickly with no hassle. 👍
