As one who has struggled with brain fog for many years, I have to say, no supplement has been more instrumental in relieving me of its burden. Within four days of starting a course of this supplement, I noticed SIGNIFICANT improvements in the clarity of my thoughts, and no longer did my mental energy fluctuate throughout the day. After several weeks of use, my state of mind is much clearer, and I'm no longer plagued by the prospect of not being able to operate at my highest level cognitively. This supplement should be in the arsenal of any who want to ward of minor cognitive impairment and ensure that they're able to stay cognitively fit and competitive in the workplace (and for their own quality of life). PQQ is a lifesaver for me; thanks to Jarrow's high quality and excellent prices, I'll be using it as long as they sell it. AMAZING PRODUCT!

I started taking after reading about it in Dirty Gene's by Dr. Ben Lynch. I have MTHFR and my liver function is sluggish. He recommended it to help plus clean my genes. I believe for the fast MAOA, can't remember for sure. First 4 days made me tired bit helped me sleep at night. I wonder if that's the detox effect? From then my workouts have been substantially improved. I take first thing in the morning so it doesn't keep me awake as I suffer with insomnia. Seems to help my sleep too!

Great product. But why the significant price increase? I purchased 3/27/21 for $9.85. Now today 5/14/21 price is $14.84. $5 price increase (150%), in 7 wks time. One of my reasons for choosing this product over the past yr, was that it was under $10.

From my wife Sarah: I use this as a part of a natural protocol for hypermobility or Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. It's the Cusack Protocol which you can find more about on facebook, and this really makes a noticeable difference with reducing hypermobility. I'm not sure if it impacts me in other ways though. There's nothing I've noticed that's obviously coming from this particular supplement.I use this brand because I find Jarrow to be reasonably priced, and free of most allergens including gluten and dairy. I use several different Jarrow products and I'm always happy with them.

My brother has a spine injury after he takes four of these his spinal pain is completely gone. It's healthy does not damage organs. The only thing I wish it was. was cheaper a must have for athletes and those suffering from pain

Figured I'd try it since some of the reviews said it helped with brain fog and fatigue. I am REALLY glad I did. 2 days on these and I feel great, energetic and in a really good mood. Glad I invested the couple bucks

Everyone is different, so these may work for you. But they did not help me.Getting up there in age, I need something to stimulate my memory and brain in general. So I bought these.I have noticed no real improvement since taking them for a while. I will not buy another bottle.But I do emphasize that your mileage may vary, so it might be worth a try for you.

1) It makes me herx from Lyme disease, so it must be doing something to my immune system.2) I end up feeling kind of brain fogged from it from the herxing.3) Dramatically increased my exercise ability after I took it for two weeks.4) Helped heal some long-standing fractures I had.5) Feels better used as an intermittent boost, to counteract low PGC-1a expression due to illness, rather than as something I'd become dependent on by using every day.All in all, I don't want to take this continuously, since it might cause over-expression of PGC-1a (see the blog Anti-Aging Firewalls).Keep in mind that cold showers, or even using cold water for a few minutes a few times during a shower (like 30 seconds, then back to warm, then 30 seconds cold) also can increase PGC-1a expression DRAMATICALLY.
