I purchased these knives for my kid's class party. The teacher asked for plastic knives with which to spread frosting on cookies (it's the holidays!). I thought to myself, we can do better than single use plastic knives, which will go straight into the garbage and then to the landfill, where they will remain forever. I know they are more expensive and hard to find at stores, but in my opinion it is our duty to do what we can to reduce plastic use, and I felt it was worth the expense.I had just enough time to order and have it arrive the day before the cookie party. Luckily, it arrived when it said it would! They are sturdy and non-splintery, and the teeth are tough and look like they could cut through meat. We were only using them for frosting, though, so we didn't test that. They were nice-looking, too - they didn't look like throw-aways, and I think we could have washed and re-used them many times if we wanted to.The teacher really appreciated our efforts to be more sustainable, and the kids wielded them just fine (safely). I highly recommend!

Great stuff. We have purchased it like maybe 6 or 7 times already. We have a gift basket business and for the baskets that we cannot include a large wooden spreader we use these ones. They are excellent. Reusable. Pretty.

These look so much better than plastic - great for tailgating and can be thrown away. Love them!

Sturdy, standard size (not miniature) knife, serrations help cut through soft cheeses and spreads. Great for charcuterie boards and grazing boxes.

I drive truck and go thru so much disposable silverware. These are just as sturdy and a bit better for the environment.
