RIGHTINK 2 Pack #63 XL Black/Color Ink Cartridges for HP63XL HP Officejet 3830 4650 4652 4655 Printer

I have been using recycled cartridges in my HP Envy printer for some time with no problems. I usually purchase a couple of refills at a time so I don't run out. This is the first time I purchased them from this manufacturer/seller. Unfortunately, while the black one is fine (fits and it shows full), the color one does not fit properly and I can't even use it. I have tried taking it out and putting it back in five times and it never works.Sadly I purchased it in May and just installed it in August, so it is no eligible to be returned. I will just recycle it, but will not buy again. I'll go back to the ones I've had before with no issues. Be aware that even if the cartridge says the correct size, it may not be!

Love these cartridges. The ink quality is great, good price, and lasts a long time. Tried another brand and disliked it so reordered these. Came very quickly too. Will definitely be ordering these again and definitely would recommend them.

The ink quality is pretty good,it dries quickly but looks a little washed out, the colors aren't as sharp as HP ink but for general printing at about a third of the price of "oe" you can't beat it.

The Black cartridge is not recognized by printer. And the color cartridge ink is lowAdd: Needs to pay the return shipping fee. I returned this item five month ago, and haven't received the refund. I would give zero star if I could.
