ASRockAMD X470 Chip Set Mini – ITX Motherboard Fatal1ty X470 Gaming – ITX/AC

This is a good board for a budget ITX build. It has 3 fan headers while many other boards only have 2. I wish it had more rear USB ports, and the M.2 slot is on the back of the board which is a bit annoying in cramped ITX systems.

item works, but it's way too expensive. it's no better than a 70 bucks b450. there is no debug led, no power button, no clear cmos button. i got it as all the other and mother boards were out of stock, and i could't wait for another week.Update after using for 2 weeks.My system frequently went into BSOD during games, after lots of hardware and software testing, even reinstalling system multiple times, I couldn't solve the issue, at last I decided to upgrade BIOS for AMD 1.0.0.4 update.After flashing the new BIOS, win10 went into BSOD again, after some searching, it was due to intel wifi driver issue, I had to inject the latest driver into the os installing udisk. Eventually everything works perfect.Although I took great effort to make it work, the motherboard still is not good to use. My ddr4 3200 memory runs at 2133 by default. I set it at 3200 then it couldn't boot. It continued to reboot and reboot, but never succeeded. Unlike other motherboard like Asus MSI and Gigabyte, if the bios setting is too aggressive the mother board should let you boot in then you can modify it back. This motherboard just got stuck there, I have to reopen my case, get off my graphic card and do the CMOS jumper, the jumper was so small, it took me hours to do once, to achieve the best memory setting, I cleared CMOS at least 4 time.Really can't believe such a stupid product sells at $170, will never buy ASROCK.

Updated to four stars from five:So I have had this board for two years and it seems they are still selling it, so here are my updated thoughts. This board often forgets my ram speed settings. Default is 2400 not 3200 so I have to periodically check the settings when I reboot my computer or use a utility, it's annoying. This has been true across multiple versions of the bios so I don't see it getting fixed anytime soon. It happens so much that I'm now wondering if my ram is even at speed right now. At the price they are selling this board (then and especially now) I would avoid it.Original Review:Everything was NIB with sealed baggies of stuff. No signs of use on the mobo or the I/O shield.Because this doesn't have an on board bios flash utility, I did have to get a low end AMD g series CPU to flash the board before I could install my 3700x, but that worked just fine. I love this board! Works great!

I assembled a lot of PCs recent year, I tried a lot of brands mitx motherboard product including ASUS, MSI, Gigabyte. All of these motherboard have some small defects, like wifi not stable, driver need update infinitely, noise etc. But ASROCK is perfect. It has it's own driver installing application that helps install all I need. The on-board wifi is very stable, even-if I sit far from my router. I will always buy this brand in future.

It says it's compatible with 4000g series processors, but it doesn't work with my 4600g. I got a low end dual core to test it and it boots with my memory. I updated to the uefi version from the chart on their website and then tried the latest version. It's a poor attempt at being future proof.

UPD with 3.50 bios its mostly works with ryzen 3600x>Works fine with 2000 CPU but even with latest bios(3.30) It unable to pass POST just boot cycling. Avoid if you intend to use with new CPU.

Product was dead on arrival. Motherboard did not power on at all. Troubleshooted for a full day switching between different PSUs and cases and their wiring and no combination would make it turn on.

Received board and the standoff and screws were missing from the nvme drive spot and the serial number was smudged.

Aunque las características de la placa son muy buenas, me ha sorprendido que el sobre con el tornillo para el montaje del SSD M2 viniera vacío, actualizar la BIOS a la versión 3.10 es imposible con instaflash ya que aunque me he descargdo el archivo (dejándolo en el zip y extrayendólo) no hay manera que la placa lo vea y la opción de descarga directa desde la UEFI tampoco funciona, por lo demás indicar que la WiFI funciona muy bien, el rendimiento de las memorias (HyperX 3600) con el Rayzen 5 2400g es sobresaliente

la scheda e' arivata nei tempi previsti ,la cosa che nn mi e' piaciuta e' stato l imballo troppo insufficientepraticamente la scatola della motherboard inserita in una busta di plastica,con il risultato che si e' schiacciata. poi il tracking non comunicato e alla fine quello comunicato era inesistenteper il resto la scheda va bene .

well laid out & quality board, only shame is number of headers for USB, so a hub for the USB C or USB 3.1 is a must using supplied cooler with Ryzen 2700X it stays under 60c when running hard BIOS easy to update & the bios drivers update is really helpful too when getting started , only caveat is better instructions for using a new NVMe SSD & setting up windows using UEFI , as this needs to be googled to get it right

have problems in my bild, all usb disconects randomly from this board,then i use ssd and start transfer files after 20 sec it disconetcts and corupt ssd,try 4 difrents hdd and ssd same shit in all usb ports,still dont no is it board problem or ryzen 2700x cpu or windows,or flare x ram?any of my ssd works perfect in my mac and in my msi gs60 laptopone of my ssd after this bord was killed,have to send it for sandisk mabe they take it under waranty i dont no
