Good, marred by ludicrous user guide English.
This seems to be a good product. Its comfortable to hold. It exudes heat but this does not drain the battery too fast in my view. The only quibble I have is that this is yet another product from the Far East where the engineering far outdoes the quality of the English in the Instruction Manual. Here is a jewel: "Charging and discharging requires electric consumption and a slight fever belongs to normal phenomenon." Or: " Power bank will start to work only temperature is below 45C after you just stop the warm hand function to charge it, so that ensure the recharging process in safe level".Given the huge buying power of Amazon I do wonder if it could not insist on vetting user guides for comprehensible English before posting items for sale on its website?

Quick to heat, lovely to hold!
I have Reynaud's and my hands can suffer all year round and so it was great to try this out and find it very effective and pleasant to use. This has 3 functions, a hand warmer, a power bank and the LED torch. The torch is activated by a double click and is a useful basic light. Another double click switches it off. A single click shows you how much power is in the device and this then switches off automatically after a few seconds. Holding the button for 10 seconds activates the hand warmer and then you can use single clicks to alter the level of heat between 33%, 66% and 100%. I was quite impressed with each level of heat and how quickly it works! It is a lovely shape, fitting in the hand perfectly and a comfortable pleasing shape to hold. Handy phone charger too. I was happy with the time to charge it and how long the heat lasts although I can't be specific as I've not used it continuously. Another plus point is that it's quite light and very easily portable. Fits in my pocket along with my hand!

Massage, light, heat! Awesome.
No one is mentioning the MASSAGE FEATURE?Three quick clicks turns a vibrating motor on in the hand warmer, helping to get the blood flowing in frosty cold fingers, while the warming heat pads provide direct warmth to your fingers and palms.I've had this hand warmer through Christmas and the new year, when I've been in and out of hospital not feeling well, it's really helped keep my fingers toasty! The device is well manufactured, and the three temperature settings provide a mild warmth to keep the cold at bay through to hot fingers for those cold windy days! The flashlight feature provides a very wide white beam that makes it easy to walk down dark paths and to find the house keys in the depths of your dark bag.I'd have reviewed this sooner, had I not been in hospital in order to get the word out about the vibration feature during the winter! It's a great product and I'm very happy with it.

Works well
Well this got it's first run out yesterday my partner and her daughter were at the grandsons Football Match. His football match kicks off at 8:30 and its blooming freezing standing by the open pitch. This went with them and I must say it worked very well at warming them up as they kept swapping it about in their pockets. So their hands were warmed up but also their body as there hand only rested on one half of the warmer and then other warmed their bodies. It lasted the full match this was on the hottest temperature as you have 3 different settings. The hand warmer can also be used as a charger for a phone or tablet and it also has a torch built into it as well.We paid £19.99 for ours but I see that it has dropped to £17.99, so considering that this has got all those functions its a great buy even just to leave in the car and take it with you when you are out and about and need warming up.

Stopped working after two months.
Stopped working after less than two months. When it worked it was great but a lot of money for just two months. Very disappointed

good
the look and feel of the hand warmer is first class. Once you have deciphered the very weird user manual,( took me about 20 mins to work out all the functions, quite frustrating), it works very well.one of the blue lights does not work, can't be bothered to return it.

Perfect fit in the hand, 2 in 1 hand warmer and power bank.
I've been using this over the past week. It's an excellent device, it removes the novelty of hsndwarmers which work chemically, which often get far too hot and don't last for long at all. This hsndwarmers has a 5000mah battery inside which can be used either for hand warming purposes or as a powerbank, I've found myself using it for both purposes. It works great, it fits very ergonomically in the hand and has controllable heat modes, the hottest feeling very nice and warm but not too hot to the touch. After using it for the past week, a typical charge seems to last a decent amount of charge. I charged my phone half way and used the heating function for a further 3 hours after this.Overall if you usually have cold hands, or want something to grip onto outside this winter, I would definitely recommend this.

Hand warmer
The first time I used it I set it on high heat and it stopped after about 90 minutes.Next time and since I’ve had it on the lowest setting and it lasted most of the day. Low setting was fine for the amount of heat.I’ve had lighter fuel heaters, and carbon rods you light and they were not particularly good and did not last the day as they invariably went out. This is much better and so easy to charge up
