I ordered as recommended by JJ Smith for the JJs Smith 10 day cleanse.I am not sure if they are working for me or not.I take 2 a day one in the morning and 1 at night, I do know I usta belch daily before I got them and now it has gone away for the most part.That seems to indicate this may be working but I have a few other supplements I started with these so hard to tell.Cant say anything bad about them.Thanks,
