No instructions for use
It is hard to comment here as the product did not come with any instructions. How long for example do you heat for in the microwave?

Great for what I wanted it for
As I wear caps I wanted to keep my head cool during the hot summer, I found that I could put this inside the cap and it would keep my head cool whilst wearing my cap, great product well made and works well, this use is not what it is sold for but it is perfect for what I wanted.

Not for me but good idea
Had to return as it leaked. It is only one.I expected 2 as it said breast pads.
