Fits my Toro trimmer
The tiny torsion spring broke on my Toro trimmer and these matched up close enough to get it working again. OEM parts were stupid money for these tiny springs.

GARBAGE Springs
Since my originals broke I’ve had to replace these springs at least once a year. The only reason I’ve purchased them again is that they arrive quickly and don’t cost a fortune to ship. That said, I’m tired of having to take apart my weed eater every year to replace the busted springs, so I’ll be looking elsewhere for some springs that aren’t so flimsy. These are steaming garbage, I don’t recommend them unless you’re in a real pinch, and even then I’d say to wait until you can get better ones.

Works on TB6044 XP
I have a TB6044 XP, with the OEM black pawls on the fan. Bought these to replace them after the retaining pin broke off both of them. Was easier than expected to pop off the old C-clips and put the new ones on. Didn't have to remove the fan; just rotate it so you can work on it from the carb side where there's a little bit of open space, use a screwdriver or needle nose pliers to work the C-clip. Once back together, it fired right up! I don't know durability yet, but this is so cheap I'll just buy several more and have them on hand for the next time it breaks.

Pawl's not usable on my weedeater.
Mine have steel and a different configuration. I only needed the springs and E clips. So it worked out.

Proper fit as a replacement.
Exact fit replacement for the parts that seem to break too easily. Fortunately the repair is fairly easy but it helps to have locking tweezers to hold the snap rings in awkward positions.
