Works as advertised
I just got it and it works as advertised. I give it 4 stars because I can’t seem to find battery case and battery pack information online. I sent an email today to the seller to see if they can give me some guidance. I would like to charge one while using one.

Don't purchase unless you are sure you will keep it.
At this point the best thing I can say is make sure you are going to keep this scootter because to return it will set you back 20% plus shipping $179.80 plus shipping. The unit doesn't fit my trunk. In the sidewalk it hurts my back. I should have found a dealer and test it. Other than these, if you are not taller than 5" it may work.

Delayed shipping
This scooter is as described. It is slightly heavier than expected. But the operation of the scooter is great my wife likes it and has a good turning radius for easy access.Had a delayed shipping but thru communication with company it arrived just a couple of days before it was needed after surgery.
