Great deal. They work!
First off, with over 30 years of cycling experience, I have used many different brands of patches, and THESE are my favorite. I carry a spare tube with me and use that if I get a puncture, then patch the punctured tube at home, where I can devote some time and effort to do a better job than I can on the side of the road. I use a vise on my workbench to clamp the patch in place and allow it to dry for ten minutes or even longer, and I always get a very tight seal. I like the size of these patches, because they are good for covering "snakebite" punctures, as others have noted. I don't use the glue they came with; instead, I use a tube of "Slime" brand rubber cement, which works well and lasts YEARS. I have tubes with five or more patches on them and don't hesitate to continue using them. None of these patches has peeled up on the edges. Why buy a new (expensive) tube when you can repair one for only a few cents? Take your time, do it right, then laugh all the way to the bank with these. Delivery time was pretty long, but they come from China, so what can you expect?

Saves a lot of money over replacing tubes.
The instructions were in Chinese, so I had a bit of difficulty understanding the process of getting these to work. Luckily, there's no shortage of youtube videos explaining the process. The most important things I learned were to lightly scuff around the hole with sand paper and to allow the adhesive to dry for a few minutes before applying the patch. I had four 20" tubes that needed repair. So far I've put one back into use and it seems to be holding well. Fixing a tube for pennies vs. spending $6 every time my kids' bikes get a flat seemed like it was worth a shot.

So many patches. They are bigger than most, ...
So many patches. They are bigger than most, and oblong. The only downside is they are also a little thicker than any others I've seen. If that doesn't bother you this should be the last batch of patches you'll ever need to buy.Oh, and patching a tire isn't rocket science, but there are no instructions - at least none in english. In fact, between the box, the tube of cement and all the patches there is not a single word of english. Lot's of writing. No idea what language. No english.

As advertised, quality patches at a "supper" price
I work for a bike non-profit and patch hundreds of bike tubes a year. These patches work well and the price is almost too good to be true. We buy a 8 oz can of rubber cement for $6 with the built-in brush applicator from the auto store and primarily use that for gluing the patches on. If you can wait three weeks for bulk patches to arrive from China, these patches are for you.

Cover those snake bites.
If you ever get a pinch flat when you hit a pothole or a hard object in the road, you know there will usually be two holes close together. These patches are big enough to get both. Only problem I had was the patch sticking to the foil backing which made it necessary to peel the edge with my fingers, possibly making a place that won't hold.

Value
I rate it 4 stars for the value. Which I don't need to explain if you had bough the repair kit before. It works just like a regular one. Just that the packaging is a little sloppy, and a few of the plastic seal seems dried up. Even I threw away a few bad ones, it is still good value.

A lifetime supply of perfectly good patches
Not that much to say really. The patches work fine (either they work or they don't - there's no graduations). There are bunches and bunches of patches. I've given lots away and haven't made a dent in the pile. My only worry is that they will dry out before I use them up, but I've already gotten my money's worth.

Patch your tubes, don't just replace them
I've patched several tubes with these and have been happy with the results. At least one of the tubes lasted for several more months before getting another puncture (in a different spot). My philosophy is to patch a tube once, then move on to a new one. It definitely saves on some of the bike costs.
