Coral Seas GTC-4# Green to Clean Swimming Pool Chlorine Shock Enhancing Treatment, 4 lb

I order this as it was described to be the Green To Clear (GTC). I have used the actual green to clear before and worked great. I bought it from a local pool supply store, how ever this product did not work at all a complete waste of money. On top of that the seller charged a 28.+ restocking fee the actual cost of the product.

We usually get the 2# containers, but couldn’t beat the price on 4#.Learning curve- the container is much bigger (obviously) and one handed holding is not an option unless A- you have really big hands or B- your intent was to allow it to slip from you grasp and have the entire container empty into the pool in that exact spot. :)

This stuff works. Always know when opening pool there will be some algae. Algae was there but after following directions, the water was clear in just 24 hours. So impressed and will definitely use again!

It didn’t quite work as good as the review we watched on YouTube but it made a big difference. It is extremely cloudy but it did clear the green/black algae. I’m not sure if it needed a certain temperature to work at it’s optimal quality but we didn’t read any where there was a minimum temp. I believe it was about in the high 50’s at night and low 70’s in the day when we used it. All in all…it looks a whole lot better.

Did not help pool at all and I followed the instructions and used before shock. Actually feel like it made the shock less effective. Add in poor customer service and it equals 1 star.

Didn’t work in my pool

Does the job. 28,000 gal. pool. Used in conjunction with initial chlorine shock. No green for two months even in water temps 85-90.

It got rid of the algae. Pool no longer green
