Piano Adventures=awesome
Love this series, I use them for all my students. These books I use for my beginning adult students. This pack is great because it’s what I use but is less expensive than other places I’ve looked.

Great price for 3 books!
Great price for 3 books. Includes the spiral version of the all -in-one method book 184 pages. The popular and classic books are regular paperback with 80 pages each. A lot of songs.

Excellent books and great value
Now that I’ve finished the Level 1 book, I can now properly review it. I loved it. The print is big and formatting/style was very easy on the eyes. I loved that it was spiral bound. I found the information was presented in a very logical way, at just the right pace for me. The songs were very enjoyable to play, which was a bit surprising actually at this beginner level. They mostly sounded very mature and satisfying. I haven’t learned all the songs in the Popular and Classics books yet, but of the ones I did learn, they were very good. Purchasing this in a bundle was a great price. I have already purchased the Level 2 book, but since they don’t offer a bundle for Level 2 (yet), I did not buy the Level 2 Classics and Popular books yet. Rather, I’m mixing in some RCM material so will have plenty to keep me busy. BTW, I learned the Level 1 book with a teacher.

pretty good
easy to understand, they don't throw everything at you at once, video and audio clips are available from their website

Nope, me neither
I see that of three reviews so far, I will be the second person who doesn't care for these books. Strange, because I adore all of the other Piano Adventure books. These ones are bland though, have nothing colourful or interesting going on, and the black and white photographs/diagrams remind me of 1970s instruction manuals that I recycled years ago.

Nope.
I've been teaching music for a very long time. There's a time-tested way to teach it. This is not that. It forces the student to over imagine, over intelectualize the concepts rather than just teaching them to actually play piano directly from the music. Really not a great system. If you have an IQ of less that about 140 you will struggle with this one.
