"What the hell is a LONGIMANUS?", we hear you say. Well... carcharinus longimanus is the scientific name of the oceanic white tip shark, a majestic predator living in open waters. It used to thrive but is now unfortunately threatened by human activities and plastic pollution. We at UNDISPOSABL have decided to do our part to tackle what we think is the biggest emergency that planet Earth is facing, plastic pollution itself. That's why our products are named after animals that we feel the need to protect at all cost, and that's why we donate 25% of our profit to initiatives that are, as we speak, developing systems to passively collect plastic from the oceans. And this is just the beginning! We want to raise that 25% in the future as much as we can. But we need your help! LONGIMANUS is a beautifully designed 450 ml "un-disposabl" reusable cup made of bamboo and stainless steel, with a screw-on lid made of durable plastic. You can use it to keep coffee (or tea) hot while you are on the go, and you will be able to enjoy it at the right temperature for two hours. Imagine walking on a crisp winter morning on your way to work, with our beautiful cup in your hand. It's warm enough to soothe your hand but not hot enough to scold it. You can of course also use it during summer to keep your drinks cool. And being the vessel made of steel, you will immediately feel rescued from the heat the moment you rest your lips on it, even before the first sip of...whatever it is that you're drinking...rushes down your throat. - The cup is only composed of two pieces, and is therefore a breeze to wash. - The bamboo outer shell is very pleasant to the touch and gives the perfect grip, coupled with its durability and environmental friendliness.

Defective unit
The bottom came off after the second use. The stainless steel cilinder is not centered inside the wood cover. May be a defective unit, but it's unusable now, without the bottom plate. The plastic lid is not easy the screw inside the stainless steel. The orifice cover il the lid doesn't fix to the remote side of the lid (althought it seems that was the intention) and keeps coming on your face while drinking.

Shame about the lid
Finely crafted base, with nice bamboo, brushed metal, soft base. But the lid is everything wrong: crossthreads easily which is a faff in a morning rush; have to tip whole cup further as exit hole is not on edge, exit hole is also recessed and and rest of the lid presses against your nose when drinking, swivel hole cover doesn't clip back properly, so this falls on your nose too. This was to replace a 3 quid one from Aldi I'd lost. Sadly the lid means this isn't nearly as good as that.

Feels nice in the hand. Doesn't leak. Just what you want in a cup!
Just been using my new cup today. The bamboo on this cup feels really nice in your hand. I took it in the car - had it upright in my bag as I loaded and unloaded the car and no leaks.. yay! Kept my tea warm for ages. Nice cup and supporting a good cause - win, win.

Very dissappopinted not worth price at all
Visually looks great and for a great cause. However for a product priced £15-18 i was expecting more. It didnt manage to keep freshly made coffee even warm for 30mins and it leaked the 1st time i used it as the thread is rubbish and is hard to screw off and on due to uneven alignment issue. I was hoping to buy more from this company and help a great cause but i definately wont be doing and wont be recommending it either. Shouldve spent more time and effort creating a better product :(

The cup leaks!
Hi, I really love the look, design and feel of the cup - and the idea behind it of course. However, I've had so many spillages because the lid doesn't sit on the cup properly (it doesn't fully screw on) and I've had tea and coffee soaking my clothes and bags. I'm not sure whether it's generally a faulty design or I just got a faulty item. I have contacted Amazon to return it but I have gone past the return date - is there any chance to get a new cup?

Good travel mug
Kept my drink hot yes but there is a funny smell to the cup I’ve washed it so many times had different drinks in it but still has a metal smell to it that’s not the best. Also the lid does stick a few times but great for a small travel cup

Stylish AND Environmentally Friendly
Great look - the bamboo, along with the metal trim, lets this product sit proudly on any coffee counter.Keeps drinks hot/cold enough for a couple of hours and comes in some nice packaging too.Would recommend due to its 'easy on the eyes' look and efficient design!

Great design
This mug looks great, and the bamboo makes it light to carry compared with others. I have had it leak once or twice so be careful, however if you don't over-fill and keep upright you shouldn't have problems.
