MSPowerstrange Professional 4 Key Depth Key Set (KW1, SC1, SC4, M1) with Bump Rings

I’ve only used the KW1 key one time problem free. On the second use after the bump while turning the key it almost broke/ripped in 2pieces. Possibly a defect in the key metal? I’d like to replace this set but only see a return option.
