I bought this to trim my dogs undercoat to help with shedding. I usually take her in but to save money I thought I'd try doing it myself. These grooming clippers are so quiet I am able to cut her hair without it spooking her. They cut so nicely and evenly. I highly recommend these.

I have a terrier/maltese mix. She has medium length hair at the moment and i wanted to cut her hair myself and save on the grooming costs.I gave this two stars because i wasn't able to give my dog one stroke/pass without having to clear the hair and start over. I probably would start and run it about 1" before having to stop to clear the hair. I just don't think its strong enough for pets. Maybe I need something more suitable for my type of dog, but this just wasn't doing the job and I wouldn't recommend it. I kept it because i used it, but otherwise, I would have returned it.I did like that it was pretty quiet and my dog wasn't startled by the sound.

Absolutely loves this and the product is as described. It is cordless which is great. It charges quickly and last long as well, not like my Dyson handheld vacuum that last 5 minutes on max speed. It worked flawlessly from the moment I open the package and hours later when I used it. I have long hair cats who also don't like a cat brush. One in particular gets some pretty gnarly hair mats that you can't get rid of with scissors. So, out of desperation I purchased this product to use on my cats. Anyone who has a cat knows I must be completely insane. But, I turned it on and the cats actually came toward it to check it out and weren't afraid of it. And then the cat just laid on a blanket as I carefully used the grooming clippers and now the hair mats are all gone and my cat is not traumatized so BRAVO! Excellent product, that works and doesn't freak my cats out.

Another dog groomer cratered out on me. I decided I am just as intelligent and able as they are - so instead of finding a new groomer, I bought this set of clippers and a good set of scissors and am grooming my dog myself!

I bought this grooming kit for grooming my two dogs. It has everything that is needed. The clippers, guards, scissors, and a comb. I was able to cut my terriers hair with easy. It had a clean cut and no skipping. Great starter kit.

My cat is a senior and her fur tecture has changed due to age. She HATES being combed now and cries the whole time. Because her fur doesn't produce the oils it once did, she becomes matted very quickly. I was worried that she would not be receptive to the clippers, but she completely surprised me. She LOVES them. She sat still and wasn't frightened at all. The clippers are very quiet. She was purring the whole time and they completely and easily cut out her matts and she is now a happy kitty.

Love this set! The clippers worked better than the ones I bought for triple the price. The scissors were an added bonus.

Being that I have several large pups it’s best to have more than one pet clipper on hand. The ihoven pet clipper did an awesome job on my very furry pup.

Not good product it's very slow on the cutting side, it's nice that doesn't make so much noise but other then that not good for grooming.

Amazing. My cat has super silky fur that mats very easily and very close to her skin. I used these clippers while petting her and got every last mat off in maybe 30 minutes.

i used my shaver on my dog. It worked perfectly and I’m very happy with it. It came fast when and I ordered it and with a nice package. schnazuer need cuts their hair frequently.

I was looking for trimmer for my dog because clipper for human didn’t work due to super soft fine puppy hair. So I didn’t know which one I should get.

I love this set and it works great for the price! I have a 10lb Maltese that I use the clippers on. There are four different clips and I use the 6 to shave his hair.

These clippers were a breeze to use and made grooming Gus easier, and cheaper. I'm excited that I'll no longer have to go through the anxiety of leaving him at a pet salon!
