This has been a great help with my inflamation issues! I was using another product that was a powder form in a capsule, and reluctantly bought this because my capsule order kept getting pushed back with delivery schedule. I was reluctant because I really don't believe that gummies can be all that beneficial (I think - candy). Tumeric is a vital nutrient for good health and black pepper is also highly touted for its anti inflammatory properties. My wife did not like the taste, but I did. Price is reasonable. So I would recommend.
