This tastes really good, but I didn't observe any differences when I was taking it. I used it as directed for a span of about 3 weeks (until I was done with the bottle). I usually use bach flower essences and I can really see a difference. I wouldn't buy it again.

Maybe with all this stress around COVID19 it is too much to handle, but I really didn't notice any difference. I really wanted tolike it because it has a pleasant taste.
