mCover Hard Shell Case for New 2018 13.3" Lenovo Yoga 730 (13) Laptop (NOT Compatible with Yoga 710/720 / 910/920 Series) (Yoga 730 Aqua)

I looked high and low for a case that would fit my Lenovo Yoga 730-13IKB (check back of laptops next to windows sticker for model #) and this was the only custom fitting hardcover case that I could find in a reasonable price point. I was worried that it would be ribbed, as in the picture, but fortunately, the case I received was smooth, as ribbing is not a feature I wanted on my case. Application was pretty easy; just a word of CAUTION: it is an exact fit and so it is snug. Pressure on the perimeter will probably be necessary to put it on, but be careful not to press in the center because this can crack your screen. If you are unsure how to put it on, there are quick 2-minute tutorials on YouTube.As you can see in the picture, all of the fans and ports are open, so I’m not worried about over heating. Every corner of the laptop is covered except for the hinge. The case adds about half a pound to the Yoga, but the computer itself is fairly light, so it is still very portable.One con to the case is that in tablet mode, there is a 0.5 to 1-inch gap between the top and bottom of the laptop. I think I’ll still be able to use it in tablet mode, as the laptop can still be held closed if necessary. It would probably get annoying, though, if tablet mode was a user’s primary method of use.Overall it’s exactly what I was looking for. It looks nice, fits perfectly, and adds protection to my computer without a ton of bulk. If I have any issues, I’ll update this review, but for now, I’m definitely happy with this purchase.

A laptop is a big purchase; I knew that I wanted to have a case that would protect that purchase while not compromising on style (and allows me to go sticker crazy). This case does that. The price was reasonable and it fits like a glove. This case also protects against drops. I dropped my laptop off of a table with this case on it, and there was no damage. I've had my case for a little over a year now, and it still looks great. I'm thinking about getting another one in black.Concerns:- When applying the case, make sure to press in the corners of the screen so you don't damage your laptop.- This case does not allow the laptop to fold over into tablet mode fully. However, I usually take the bottom half of the case off and use it to cover my keyboard instead.- This case does add about 1-2 lbs to the weight of the laptop. However, I've had no issues carrying it for long periods of time around campus.- Make sure you get the exact case that matches the exact laptop you have, or else it won't fit. You can find the laptop model in settings, in Lenovo Vantage, or on the bottom of the laptop.Long story, short, if you're looking for a hard shell case for your laptop, this is the one.

I searched high and low for a hard cover case for my Lenovo Yoga 730... there were very limited choices but this case in particular caught my eye the most. The reviews were great and it overall seemed like a good quality case. I have to say I am beyond happy about this purchase! The color is super cute and it fits my computer like a glove. This is EXACTLY what I was looking for! HIGHLY recommend if you are in need of a hard case for your Lenovo Yoga 730.

I recently purchased a Lenovo Yoga 13.3" laptop and wanted an inexpensive pink case for it, so after reading the rave reviews for this product I jumped on the purchase.I am so glad that I did. Installation was super simple. It has casing pieces for the bottom and top parts of the laptop that snap on easily, but hold on like a glove. The hardware is see through, but the pink is bright and shows enough that it adds a lovely flair to my laptop as well as offering it durable protection.I may buy this product in a couple more colors for as my moods change. Definitely 5 stars!

The bottom part of the case has a tab to hold it on. That sounds good, but when I opened the laptop to fold it back, the tab popped off a piece of the laptop right by the joint. See picture. It is now broken. My brand new laptop.

The first one i received had some breaks on it. I told this company and they immediately sent me a new one. This one i just got is in great condition. Its a pretty color blue. I wish it covered more on the sides but im still happy with this. You cant fully close it in tablet mode but for me thats why since i dont use tablet mode too often.

It was super hard looking for a case that would fit my laptop so I was very excited when I found this one! It provides adequate protection and is affordable compared to other products. I would 100% recommend and I am very excited to personalize/decorate it with stickers. I noticed that some folks were concerned with cracking their screen during application of the case on the laptop, however, I found it very easy to apply! As a closing note, you can also search on you tube and there are installment tutorials that really help a lot if you are worried!!

Fits my lenovo yoga 730 perfectly, looks cute. I don’t think it’d really protect it if you drop your laptop but it keeps it clean and protects it when it’s getting jostled around in a backpack. My only complaint is that when I flip my laptop screen back to use tablet mode the case prevents it from lying perfectly flat.

I ordered this for my Lenovo 730 13". Even though all the pictures for the 13" had a ribbed pattern, the black one that I received was a plain one- and I am not complaining :). It fits perfect and extremely easy to put on. Looks great and doesn't add any bulk, so you are not compromising on the looks. Reached before time. It may not protect it from any drops but if you are looking for a cover to prevent those scratches from frequent use, this is what you should buy. Extremely happy with the purchase and highly recommended.

Prevents scratches / does prevent screen from going flat in tablet mode but not a big issue

Great robust material. Not the easiest to install but does not come off easily once on. Laptop doesn't shut completely with this case.
