My daughter bought this product because her hair is really curly and it was flying around in the air and floating up almost like a balloon. She wanted to have a long flowing hair down to her knees and get it to hang and have more weight on it.Was really nice. The chemicals aren’t as harsh as other products that she has plenty of her natural wave curl her hair looks natural but hang down in a more relaxed way and she really enjoys it very much and she loves playing with her hair.

I have used Affirm relaxer for more years than I can count. I know how to relax my hair at home, but prefer a professional. Due to Covid I have gone back to relaxing myself. This by far is the best relaxer I have ever used. Every relaxer I have used caused some type of mild irritation to my scalp even when done professionally. Syntonics left my hair silky straight with absolutely no irritation. My scalp did not burn during the process. Only a very slight tingle. I use the activator on level for normal hair. I always use a scalp soother to base my scalp no matter what. I am 100% sold. I will never use another relaxer. The only hard part is finding it

I received the product today, May 5th - this is my second purchase of the product nd it is good and fulfills the purpose as described. I did not give 5 stars to the seller because the product wasn't in the original package and consequently the box was ripped and luckily didn't affect the product.

I have used Syntonic Relaxer off and on for 5yrs with no problems. Until this batch which has now left me with broken off hair and some almost bald spots. I had to cut most of my hair off. I am suffering mentally. And I can’t even get my money back.
