I was sceptical of all dermarollers sold on Amazon but took a gamble and ordered this one. The needles are all the same length (my biggest concern was that they would be uneven), this roller doesn’t squeak and I’m currently going on my 5th treatment and the needles still feel just as sharp as they did during my first Dermarolling session. I will update this after the 12th use to say if it continues to stay sharp and hold up well as well as post my results. The company itself is wonderful. I didn’t take the time to respond to it, but they did send a very friendly and welcoming email after shipping that included user instructions and made it clear how open they are to hearing the wants, needs and likes of their customers. The only reason I am giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wish the handle was just a tiny bit longer and a smidge thicker to make it more comfortable to hold and to add a little bit more weight to the roller, but honestly it’s a pretty minor/insignificant complaint because it’s a tool that’s really only used for 10 minutes at a time and is very easy to maneuver as it is.

It’s pretty good.. bought to lessen appearance of pores. Didn’t reduce pores and was pretty sharp, which I know is the point. Overall I was impressed for the price.

Be careful and assure your face very clean. No need to use rapidly across diag.,horizontal, upwards and down wards. Wait at very least 14days. Be assured these the very best in my scope of affordability. However I believe they the best I have utilize. And have had positive outcomes each use. So grateful I discovered Opulent. Okay time for purchases again. Happy!

The roller is a good size for use on face and a good price for trying our derma-rolling. This roller comes in a clear protective container to prevent damage to needles, which is very useful for safe storing. I have noticed some smoothness to my skin, using at night (a few times a week). Note: I do use night time skin hydrating and smoothing products that may also contribute to my current results. My dislike with this roller is that it squeaks loudly during use. The noise doesn't reduce effectiveness, but it quite annoying.

After using 0.25mm derma roller on my face for a couple months, I decided to try out the 0.3mm roller and I'm so glad I did. The extra 0.5mm needle length seems perfect for me. I still have no pain when I use it, and I'm convinced the tiny increase in length increases the positive effects of using a derma roller. I really like the clear handle and feel this roller is extremely well made.

I've been using this product for a few months now and while I haven't seen significant improvements in my acne scars, I do feel like my skin is brighter and healthier looking. It should be noted that the .30mm is not meant for acne scarring and so it makes sense that I haven't seen results in that area. This is a good intro product to microneedling because the needles are small and aren't painful. Be sure to read the directions and make sure to clean your product to avoid infection.

I don't know about results yet, I've been using it for 4 days now. It does make my face itchy after cleansing and moisturizing. my face feels slightly tighter. I clean the roller with my kitchen pressure hose and splash alcohol and let it air dry.

I was skeptical about this working, but after a week of using it before putting on a sheet mask, I've noticed a big difference in my skin. It's really soft and some of my scarrings are less apparent. Definitely worth it!
