Excellent bit if kit! Easy to use and I got it at a bargain price, Ono downsides is it’s very flimsy/lightweight and the wax is very ‘stringy’ and sticky (as in it leaves stringy sticky bits everywhere else besides the area you want to wax!).I will use the wax that came with it but will probably go elsewhere or try a different brand on wax beads when they’re gone.

The heater itself is great but the wax its pretty much dog dirt, it cracks too easily and doesn't puck up all of the hairs, but to be fsir I didn't expect much from the wax that comes with as its such a low price product so I'd still say it's worth the money. Just perhaps buy some better wax.

machine works fine but wax beens are bad quality. They stick to your skin and leave all your hair. Very painful process with no results! Was is not flexible and start cracking when you want to pull it off.

To be honest I bought this one because the reviews were so positive. But it's actually not very good at all. The instructions are very poor telling you to exfoliate and moisturise the area first. No details are included around temperature of wax and how to heat it. Furthermore after application it says to wait 15/20 minutes before removing!!! The wax is very poor quality and whilst the pot does at least melt the wax the wax removes no hair at all. The wax is very stringy and if it was fit for purpose I would have been concerned that the stringy bits land everywhere, risky hair removal wherever they land. That said, as it doesn't remove hair, it was no real problem! It might just might, work for very fine hair but it didn't touch thick black hair like mine. I shall be returning this if I can-very didappointing😔

A great product at a reasonable price, with safe packaging and fast delivery. Works great on keeping the facial hair away and also cleans up the neckline for perfect looking up-does. Medium size and compact wax pot. Ideal for mobile use for brows & facial waxing.Would definitely recommend to everybody.

This was purchased as a birthday gift for my friend who is a fully qualified beauty therapist. She has tried it out and is so happy with it, so glad I chose this one as there is many on the market! Easy choice! Great value for money.

The heater is great but the wax you get with it is not so good as it cracks on your skin and is hard to get of I would advise getting better wax
