Got this for my mother for Mother's Day. Unfortunately, it was delayed twice (pretty sure that is Amazon's fault, not the seller). Fortunately it was awesome enough she wasn't upset. It was packaged in bubble wrap. Upon opening the bubble wrap, the necklace was boxed (with a cleaning cloth, a little envelope, and paperwork) and included a perfectly sized gift bag and even a sheet of tissue paper. Perfect!!! Obviously the seller cares about first impressions. Love this!!!!

I love this necklace and the meaning behind it. I gifted it to my mom when my son was born and she loved it so much. About 6 months later, the chain broke and they generously replaced it with a new necklace. I appreciate their fantastic communication and excellent service. I was very pleased with necklace. It is very simple, but dainty and elegant. My mother loved it. Packaging great too. Came in box, but also had a cute gift bag and tissue paper. Very impressed.

Gave this to mom for her birthday and she LOVED it! It was the perfect length, but I love that this seller offers to adjust it if needed for FREE! She did an excellent job packaging it with so many extras (including a nice box as shown, a gift bag, paper, a card and a special bag to keep the necklace in until you present it).
