UV Failure
Wonderful awning, easy to use and erect but the ceiling fabric has totally failed in the first year and now rips like tissue paper. Trigano are not interested and don't respond to emails and the seller is fobbing me off.

Well worth the money
Bought this because we were fed up with bent or rusting poles. This awning went up effortlessly and can be done by 1 person. Only 4 stars because 2 of the valves were faulty. We were able to swap them with the valves in the roof supports but this meant that the roof sagged badly. However, that week we had constant wind and heavy rain and the awning stood up well considering it had no roof supports.

Brilliant solid awning
Very good strong awning. Just returned from holiday we’re we had 40/50 mph winds and torrential rain and the awning was solid right through it even without storm straps. No leaking or condensation. Would definitely recommend it. As other reviewer pointed out definitely not a bag of rags

Trigano awning check out.
Just checked this awning out at the 2016 caravan and Motorhome show at the NEC Birmingham .The salesman selling Trigano tents said it was a bag of rags. Having looked at the awning I agree with him. It's made of the lightest thinnest nylon looking material that they use for light weight tents and the one of display looked a right screwed up mess.Where on earth did you get these 5 star rateings from?

Trigano Luna air 390..... happy camper
I bought the Trigano Luna air 390 as an alternative to using our full size "hard poled" awning.... we didn't want to spend a rediculous amount of money on more costly air awnings...so we thought we'd give this a try... Glad we did... despite what one of the (very dubious) comments on here states...we've found it to be well made, easy to erect and very sturdy....On first use, ours took a battering from wind and rain that had some more expensive awnings buckling without any problems, even a little sunshine thrown in... yes it does have separate inflation points (one per pole) but takes very little time and effort to inflate... looks good too.... very happy with this product.... Definitely NOT a bag of rags......
