Horrendous
Right out of the box I put my head in the cradle. The bunge cord broke away from the plastic hook and my head banged down hard onto the wood floor. I now have a lump on my head to go with the sore neck. Don't waste your money.

Was doubter, now a believer
Honestly had some doubts about the quality and effectiveness but it's surprisingly helpful. Typing on a computer all day (and often on a laptop) the back of my neck gets sore without a good way of stretching. This makes a difference for me, helping alleviate stress. I'm recommending that my friends purchase as well because it seems to balance the curve for staring down at screens and books.

Easy to use, very relaxing!
First time I used the neck cradle I actually fell asleep! Love using it when I get home from work, and now my wife has incorporated it into her yoga routine. Recommend it to anyone that tends to store stress and tension in their neck!

Loved it but only used it twice before it broke.

Broke on the first time trying to use
I had bought this product for my wife to help with her neck pain and was setting it up, when it broke on the first use. The elastic band where it connects to the clip pull right out of the clip. Unfortunately, I was outside of the time period to return the item and now have a broken neck cradle and a wife that still has neck pain. Would not recommend this product to anybody.

EASED MY NECK PAIN. COMFORTABLE AND RELAXING, AFTER USING THE NECK CRADLE FOR SEVERAL DAYS I AM PLEASED THAT IT IS A DESIGN THAT IS EASY FOR ANYONE TO USE AND GET BENEFIT FROM. IT CAN ALSO BE CARRIED AND SET UP EASILY. I AM SURE THAT THE MORE I USE IT, IT WILL BE SOMETHING I CONSIDER IMPORTANT FOR RELIEF OF MY PROBLEM.
