Works but expensive
It appears to have worked as there is less evidence of adult vine weevil activity. However, I am puzzled as to why these traps are so expensive. They're just a small piece of wood with some grooves and the nematode gel.

Good product
It works well. In mid June I saw many vine weevils (at least fifteen) crawling in my garden and decided to buy this product. I placed the block of wood on the soil, following the instructions carefully. Nine days later I saw one of these adult insects dying; I then looked around the garden carefully and found several dead ones (about six). They were in all different parts of the garden, so it is important to remember that they do not necessarily die near the block of wood. I have now bought the product for the larvae, to get rid of the problem fast.

Not convinced this actually worked.
This looked okay in the border, a nice wooden item. But I’m not convinced it actually worked.

Not sure if it’s working or not
After a few weeks I’m still finding them everywhere so not sure if it’s doing anything or not , there’s less every night but that’s probably because I’ve killed hundreds of them by hand

Won't be buying again.
I bought this as it claimed to treat a five metre area. The only area I've found any improvement was the immediate area I'd placed the trap in, within a 50 cm radius. Other plants nearby are still being showing signs of vine weevil throughout and after the suggested period of effectiveness. Not a complete waste of money as the Clematis I'd placed the trap under has improved but I'll stick to watering in Nematodes in future.Easy to use but I feel the use of the word "trap" is extremely misleading.

Good idea but
Good idea but ..... Mine has not caught any vine weevils in the two months it has been in place and the rain has caused the wood to warp so it doesn't stay flat on the ground and half of the gel in the grooves has fallen out. Pity because I wanted it to work. Perhaps the idea can be refined?
